TrueBio is in network with most insurance companies except TriCare, Humana, United Health Care and Medicaid. Our self pay office visit fees are $200 for an initial consultation and $100 for follow ups.

We are not in network with BlueLocal or BlueValue.

Any plans that are specific to a hospital network (i.e. Novant, Atrium, etc) are NOT considered in network for our office.

Plans purchased through the Healthcare Marketplace are almost always out of network as most of these plans require Atrium or Novant providers.

Our in house lab company is Labcorp and can accept all insurance.

TrueBio does offer telehealth services. However, prior to beginning any type of treatment, you will be required to be seen in office.

TrueBio does not have a “standard” panel for initial labs. We perform a consultation with you and the provider will order labs specific to your needs.

Most hormone replacement therapies are considered elective and are not covered by insurance, like pellet therapy. Some oral therapies may be covered.
