Support Your Local Farmers Market
Spring is upon us, which means Farmers’ Markets are in full swing. Utilizing our local community farmers stimulates economic stability, reinforces sustainable growth practices and also provides us with the most nutrient-dense produce available. Farmers’ Markets are also more affordable and provide us with locally grown, naturally ripened produce. Local farmers supply produce that is in season. When fruits and vegetables are at their peak ripeness they contain the highest amounts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
